About Me
I am, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in child, adolescent, and adult therapy, and maintain a private practice in the Pioneer Square area of Seattle, WA.
With over 5 years experience as a clinical social worker and as a graduate of University of Washington specializing in eclectic types of therapy, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solutions Focused, among others. I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients and providing clinical supervision for those who are seeking licensure. I work with issues regarding anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, anger, behavioral issues, coping skills, family conflict, grief, parenting, peer relationships, self-esteem and others. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a supportive a nurturing environment.
I am in interactive, strength based, and solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
